Mango Tree Owners Devik Wyman and Tim Brainerd
"We're thrilled to be celebrating the fifth anniversary of Mango Tree this October, and we send a huge 'thank you' to all the customers who have made it possible," says Devik. "Our mission is to share the beautiful work of talented artisans in developing countries and help them by providing them with fair wages, safe working conditions and respect for their traditional cultures."  Devik has traveled often to Latin America in the last ten years, purchasing folk art and jewelry for the shop.  She previously occupied herself as a librarian, floral designer, restaurant owner, and mother of two (now grown) children. 

A former nursing home administrator,Tim is now semi-retired and enjoying working as a tutor with dyslexic and dyscalculic teens. He says "Devik has the taste; I carry the bags,"  but Devik assures you  that Tim's sense of humor, common sense and business sense have been essential for Mango Tree's success.
